The CHAT Communication System® is an acronym used to identify the four Communication styles, which allows you to quickly identify the person to whom you are speaking and adjust your style accordingly. Most people have a primary and secondary communication style they are most comfortable with. When they receive information in their primary and/or secondary communication style they are better able to “hear” what is being shared and more easily receive it – they “get it”.
When trained in our system, you and your team will be able to communicate fluently with every team member and client in their preferred communication style creating more effective conversations that produce measurable results. 
We believe that everyone has all four communication styles within them. We also believe that you can come in and out of each style whenever you want and, with proper training, as often and as precisely as you want.
